Refund Policy

We do not accept exchanges or refund requests unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. You will be required to provide us with details of the product (such as product name, LOT #, and where it was purchased) and the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or issue a refund cheque for the purchase price of the product.
